Understanding the go-live process for new merchants integrating Yaspa.

Overview

Our aim is to give merchants a fast integration and a seamless technical experience.


  1. Initial contact and planning

    • Register interest: If you're not already signed up, merchants should get in touch via the website chat or email [email protected]. Yaspa will arrange a call to understand your specific needs.
    • Agree integration details: To tailor Yaspa services, we’ll ask for details about your payment flows, platform, tech stack and timelines.
    • Sign the commercial agreement: We’ll handle the paperwork and finalise commercials.
    • Complete KYB and compliance checks: You’ll need to complete our “Know Your Business” process. That includes submitting your company documentation and proof of licences where needed.
  2. Kick-off meeting

    • Meet the team: We’ll introduce you to your Yaspa Integration Manager.
    • UX and UI discussion: Our product team will walk through the Journey screens and show how they slot into your user flows.
    • Define rollout plan: We’ll map your stages and agree timelines for sandbox testing and go-live.
  3. Integration and testing

    • Test account setup: We’ll give you sandbox credentials and access to the admin dashboard. You’ll be able to try our flows and review configuration options.
    • Test the integration: You’ll use the sandbox environment to make test pay-ins, simulate payouts, and ensure everything works as expected.
    • Connect yourmerchant bank account: Before going live, you’ll configure the account where pay-ins settle and payouts originate.
    • Move to production: Once verified, we’ll enable your live environment and support you through the switch.
  4. Final review and go-live

    • Production sign-off: Yaspa will review your implementation and ensure everything meets spec — technically and operationally.
    • Go live: Once approved, you’re ready to start accepting real pay-ins, initiating payouts, and viewing your customer insights.
