Admin Dashboard
Overview
Yaspa's Admin Dashboard is where merchants manage many aspects of their integration with Yaspa. Use the pages listed on the left side of the dashboard:
- Payments: view, search and filter all pay-in and payout transactions. Export filtered results to CSV.
- Customers: search and browse all customers who have transacted through Yaspa. View a customer's full transaction history, linked accounts and insights data.
- Ledger: manage the Virtual Account balance and export settled payment activity for reconciliation.
- Intelligent Payments: interact with Yaspa's derived user insights dashboards, if enabled. See Intelligent Payments.
- Provide Feedback: share thoughts or feedback on the Admin Dashboard.
- Company Settings (under Settings): manage a variety of integration configurations, including API keys, users and webhooks. For how to add users and what each role can do, see Admin Dashboard: Users and Roles.
- Developer Docs (under Settings): open the external developer documentation portal.
- Support (under Settings): open the Yaspa Support Center and submit requests to the support team.
The merchant's designated Site Administrator receives an email invitation for each environment in scope, and can add other people in the organization to the appropriate roles.

Only Finance users can use the Ledger page, including the top-up and withdrawal tools.
Payments and Customers
Payments is the primary transaction investigation tool. It shows all pay-ins and payouts processed through your integration. You can:
- Filter by date range, transaction status, amount, reference, customer identifier, and searchable text.
- Click any transaction to see its full details: status, error codes, name matching results, basic information about the account, and payment data returned by the bank.
- Export the filtered results to CSV for reconciliation or analysis.
This page is primarily used by Support staff investigating a specific transaction.
Customers lets you search and browse all customers who have transacted through the selected Yaspa merchant. Look up any customer by their customerIdentifier to see:
- Their full transaction history across pay-ins and payouts.
- Linked bank accounts used for previous transactions.
This page is useful for customer support queries, compliance checks, and investigating patterns across a specific user's activity.
Ledger
The Ledger page is where Finance users manage the merchant's virtual account balance.
- Available Balance: This is the current amount of funds within the virtual account which are released for withdrawal and available for covering payouts. The available balance must be kept above the minimum balance Yaspa assigns during onboarding.
- Pending Balance: Pending pay-ins between acceptance and settlement are broken down in the panel adjacent to the balance summary.
- Top up: Click Top up in the Summary box near the top left of the page to add funds to the available balance from the business bank account provided during onboarding. Top-ups are processed as Same Day ACH debits with a 3pm Central Time cutoff for same-day settlement and only appear in the balance once settled.
- Withdraw: Click Withdraw to move funds from the Available Balance to the business bank account provided during onboarding. Set an amount that keeps the required minimum balance. Withdrawals are processed as instant credits to the merchant business account, falling back to Same Day ACH if instant is unavailable or unsupported by the bank holding the account.
- Reporting: The available transactions table details events contributing to balance activity, including pay-ins, payouts, top ups, and withdrawals. Filter the data and export the range as CSV for reconciliation.
See Guaranteed Payments and Payouts for details regarding how customer payment settlement works for each product.
Preparing for launch
Use the Admin Dashboard to confirm that the technical integration is ready for launch by reviewing each of the pages and settings described above.
To accept payments with Yaspa, merchants must hold a modest minimum balance assigned during onboarding. To fund it:
- Go to the Ledger page in the Admin Dashboard.
- Click Top up in the Summary box near the top left of the page.
- Select one of the business accounts linked during onboarding.
- Enter an amount that meets or exceeds the assigned minimum balance.
This top-up is processed as a Same Day ACH debit. Make sure any debit restrictions on the business account are configured to allow it. Otherwise processing errors and returns can occur, which will delay launch.
